3. What we do NOT use
- Google Analytics, Google Ads, GA4, or any Google tracking pixel.
- Meta / Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Twitter / X conversion pixel.
- Hotjar, FullStory, or any session-recording tool.
- Third-party retargeting / advertising networks.
- Cross-site fingerprinting libraries.
Because we do not run any of these technologies, the RFIDAK website does not require a cookie-consent banner under EU ePrivacy / GDPR rules. If we ever add an analytics or marketing technology that requires consent, we will deploy a consent banner before activating that technology.
4. How to opt out
Even though no advertising trackers are present, you may want full control over local storage. The standard ways to manage cookies and storage are:
- Chrome / Edge — Settings → Privacy & security → Cookies and other site data → "See all site data and permissions" → search "rfidak.com" → Remove.
- Safari — Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data → search "rfidak.com" → Remove.
- Firefox — Preferences → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Manage Data → search "rfidak.com" → Remove.
You can also browse RFIDAK in private / incognito mode — no localStorage is persisted across sessions in that mode.
For Vercel Web Analytics opt-out at the global browser level, use the EFF Privacy Badger extension or any browser-level "Do Not Track" setting (RFIDAK respects DNT signals).
5. Changes to this policy
If we ever introduce new analytics, marketing, or session-recording technology, we will (a) update this Cookies Policy with a new "Last updated" date, (b) add a consent banner where legally required, and (c) flag the change on the homepage for at least 14 days before activation.
