Contracted partner lines carry out manufacturing; we do not own factories. Check the legal entity, certificate number, validity and scope against the product you intend to buy. A management-system certificate and a product test answer different questions.
Company management
The documents cover the stated sales service of smart cards and RFID tags. They do not certify manufacturing at our partner factories.
Specified textile article
Certificate 23.HCN.97349 identifies a UHF laundry tag construction at Product Class II, for articles with direct skin contact. It does not establish wash-cycle durability or cover the entire catalogue.

Make each approval specific to your product and system. Agree commercial terms and the inspection plan before production begins.
Send the use case, quantity, delivery country and target date. Include your reader model or existing credential specification when available.
Confirm: proposed product, chip and quotation scope.
Test reading, writing, installation and the intended workflow on your own system. For custom work, approve artwork and encoding before production.
Confirm: sample result and approved specification.
Confirm price, payment, lead time, inspection criteria and required evidence in writing. The quotation should state when the lead-time clock starts.
Confirm: order terms and shipment-release requirements.
Review the agreed inspection records and shipping documents. Keep the approved specification for repeat orders and identify changes before reordering.

Selected cards and wristbands start at 500 pieces pieces. MOQ varies by product, chip, printing and tooling; labels and custom constructions can require higher quantities. Use the individual product page as a starting point and confirm the exact MOQ in your quotation.

Our standard production lead-time guidance is 7–15 business days, subject to the product and order requirements. Your quotation must confirm availability, the start conditions and the production schedule. Sample approval, custom tooling, shipping and customs can add time; production lead time is not an arrival guarantee.
Compatibility must be checked with your actual reader, software and credential configuration. A matching frequency alone is not enough. Share the reader or lock model, chip type and encoding requirements, then test a representative sample before approving the order.
No. Our ISO certificates cover the sales service stated on the documents, not partner-factory production. The OEKO-TEX certificate covers the specified UHF laundry tag construction. RoHS, REACH and CE documents apply to the samples or articles they identify. Match the document scope, holder, validity and product to your purchase.
Ask for availability confirmation for the exact chip at quotation and order confirmation. Record any proposed substitution as a change requiring your written approval, and repeat compatibility testing when the change affects your system. Keep the approved chip and encoding specification with the order.
