Evidence you can inspect
Check the legal entity, certificate number, validity and scope against the product you intend to buy. A management-system certificate and a product test answer different questions.

Practical answers for your supplier shortlist and first inquiry.
Is RFIDAK a factory or a trading company?
RFIDAK is the trading brand of Shenzhen Proud Tek Co., Ltd, an RFID supply company in Shenzhen, China. We do not own factories. We coordinate specifications, sourcing, quality requirements and export; contracted partner production lines manufacture the products. Ask for the order-specific production arrangement if your vendor approval requires it.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Selected cards and wristbands start at 500 pieces pieces. MOQ varies by product, chip, printing and tooling; labels and custom constructions can require higher quantities. Use the individual product page as a starting point and confirm the exact MOQ in your quotation.
Are samples free, including shipping?
Free stock samples (up to 5 pieces) — buyer covers DHL/FedEx freight ($25–60), refunded 1:1 against the first production order over $500. Custom samples may carry additional charges. Confirm the sample configuration, availability and freight before dispatch; see our sample policy for details.
How long does an RFID order take?
Our standard production lead-time guidance is 7–15 business days, subject to the product and order requirements. Your quotation must confirm availability, the start conditions and the production schedule. Sample approval, custom tooling, shipping and customs can add time; production lead time is not an arrival guarantee.
Will your cards or tags work with my existing system?
Compatibility must be checked with your actual reader, software and credential configuration. A matching frequency alone is not enough. Share the reader or lock model, chip type and encoding requirements, then test a representative sample before approving the order.
Do your certificates cover every product and factory?
No. Our ISO certificates cover the sales service stated on the documents, not partner-factory production. The OEKO-TEX certificate covers the specified UHF laundry tag construction. RoHS, REACH and CE documents apply to the samples or articles they identify. Match the document scope, holder, validity and product to your purchase.
What happens if a chip or specification needs to change?
Ask for availability confirmation for the exact chip at quotation and order confirmation. Record any proposed substitution as a change requiring your written approval, and repeat compatibility testing when the change affects your system. Keep the approved chip and encoding specification with the order.
What should I send to get a useful quotation?
Send the product or use case, quantity, chip or reader model if known, dimensions, printing and encoding needs, delivery country and target date. If you are replacing a credential, include its available specification. You do not need to choose a chip before contacting us.
Next step / Your project
Tell us what needs to work.
Send your use case, quantity, reader or chip details if known, and delivery country. We can help turn that brief into a product specification and sample request.
