Automatic wire implanting and reasonable COB design give consistent frequency across the sheet, and automatic spot-welding keeps the antenna-to-chip joint stable. Chip-shelter processing and high-temperature steel-plate lamination hold the inlay flat, so cards laminate cleanly and rarely peel. Every sheet is 100% electrically tested marginal units are marked before they reach your press.

3Where the HF inlay sits inside the finished card

An HF card is seven laminated layers, and only three of them come from us. The antenna core carries the wire and the chip-on-board die; the two cover sheets protect it and give the press something to bond to. Your printing and overlay layers go on the outside.

The die is bonded straight onto the wire ends and buried in a recess milled into the antenna core. That is the difference between a card that prints flat and a card where the customer can feel the chip through the artwork.
