Standard prelam references include 3 × 8 sheets at 295 × 480 mm and 4 × 8 sheets at 391 × 520 mm. Select sheet dimensions, card count, thickness and antenna geometry separately for your lamination and punching line.

Before choosing this product
Sheet size and antenna size
A 40 × 60 mm antenna fits inside a card position; it is not the width and height of a multi-card sheet. Tooling needs the outer sheet size, pitch, trim margin and registration references together.
Prelam is not a self-adhesive wet inlay
A card prelam sheet is designed for further lamination and punching. A wet label inlay has an adhesive carrier. They are different supply constructions even when they contain the same IC family.
