Give each sheet, towel or uniform a UHF identity. Compare eight fabric tag models for sewing, pouch insertion or heat sealing, then match the selected construction to your laundry process and readers.
Match the exact code. LDT7010 and LDT301-7010S share a footprint but have different published frequency, temperature and installation specifications.
Pressure is model-specific. “Not specified” means the sheet does not provide a rating. Request supporting conditions if pressure extraction is part of your process.

The eight model sheets each list the four exposures below. Use these as inputs to the sample plan for your actual laundry line.

These figures are not an independently verified result for 200 complete cycles through your combined process. Agree detergent and bleach concentration, mechanical load, attachment and read-performance criteria. A listed sterilization exposure does not establish sterilization efficacy.
Storage and operation are separate.
The LDT301 sheets list storage at −40 to +120°C, with no separate operating-temperature range. LDT7010 lists operation at −25 to +110°C and storage at −40 to +110°C.
Write the full process into the RFQ.
Include the temperature and duration of every step, chemicals and concentrations, extraction pressure, textile composition and any required test method. Agree the conditions before samples are approved.

Follow the sewing or insertion method on the selected model sheet. Agree stitch placement with the supplier so the needle does not damage the chip or conductive path. Check attachment retention after representative processing.

The sheets specify approximately 210°C, approximately 0.6–0.8 MPa, for less than 18 seconds. Validate the backing and textile on your press. This is an installation instruction, not a continuous working-temperature rating.

A separate model instruction
The LDT7010 sheet specifies under 215°C, 18 seconds and 0.6–0.8 MPa. It also lists sewing or pouch attachment. Confirm which supplied construction and backing the installation instruction applies to.
Make the ID useful in your system
Test the load. Verify the data.
A single-tag read distance does not establish complete-cart performance. Validate the tag at the actual intake, sorting and dispatch read points.
Six LDT301 sheets list up to 7 m; LDT301-8030H lists up to 8 m, depending on the reader; LDT7010 lists about 6 m. The sheets do not identify power, antenna or textile test conditions. LDT301 models list 860–960 MHz; LDT7010 lists 865–940 MHz. Match the reader band and settings to the installation country.
Known counts, realistic loads
Use representative wet and dry textiles, cart material, packing density, orientation and movement speed. Record missed tags and reads from neighboring loads within the allowed reading window, before and after the agreed processing.
EPC, TID and your software
The model sheets list UCODE 8 or UCODE 9. Confirm chip availability, memory, numbering and lock rules in the order. Keep the writable EPC, factory TID and printed number as separate fields; approve a read-back file and software import before batch encoding.
OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 concerns testing for harmful substances. It is separate from the wash-cycle and reader-performance checks above.

Match the ordered article to the certificate scope, including any backing, color or adhesive variation, and check current status. The LDT7010 sheet does not list this certification.

The standard MOQ baseline is 1,000 pieces; confirm your model and configuration in the quote. Agree sample costs, freight and the production schedule separately.
Record the supplied configuration. Model, chip, backing, attachment position and encoded-data map.

How many wash cycles can these RFID laundry tags withstand?+
The eight linked model sheets list 200 cycles for each stated exposure: washing at 90°C for 15 minutes, pre-drying at 180°C for 30 minutes, ironing at 180°C for 10 seconds, and sterilization exposure at 135°C for 20 minutes. These are supplier datasheet statements. They do not establish the result of 200 complete cycles through your combined process. Agree chemistry, mechanical loads, attachment and reading acceptance criteria for a representative pilot.
Which textile laundry tags have a 60 bar pressure specification?+
The LDT301-5512S, LDT301-7015S and LDT7010 datasheets list 60 bar. The other five linked sheets do not state that pressure rating. Confirm how the tag will be loaded during extraction and request the applicable test conditions. The 0.6–0.8 MPa used in heat sealing is an installation setting and should not be treated as an extraction-pressure rating.
Can I heat-seal every model, and is 210°C a working temperature?+
No. LDT301-7015H and LDT301-8030H specify heat sealing at approximately 210°C, 0.6–0.8 MPa and less than 18 seconds. LDT7010 gives a separate instruction: under 215°C, 18 seconds and 0.6–0.8 MPa. The other five sheets specify sewing, pouch or hem insertion. These press settings are attachment instructions; approve the tag, backing and textile together on the actual press.
Will the quoted read range translate to a full cart of wet linen?+
A distance measured with one tag does not establish complete-cart read performance. Water, folded tags, metal carts, antenna layout, reader power, motion and the available read window can change the result. Test known item counts in representative wet and dry loads, record missed and unintended reads, and repeat after the agreed process exposure.
Can a phone read these tags using NFC?+
These are UHF EPC Gen2 tags. A phone’s built-in NFC reader works with supported 13.56 MHz NFC tags and does not read this UHF tag family. A mobile workflow needs an appropriate UHF accessory and compatible software, or a separately specified NFC product.
What does the OEKO-TEX certificate cover?+
Certificate 23.HCN.97349 identifies a UHF laundry tag construction using white polyester woven laminated fabric, conductive yarn and white polyester sewing thread, under Product Class II. Match the ordered article to that scope and verify current status with the issuer. STANDARD 100 concerns harmful-substance testing; it does not establish wash-cycle life, sterilization efficacy or coverage of every model, color or adhesive variant.
Can you encode the tags for our laundry software?+
Specify the exact chip, EPC length, numbering rules, lock requirements and output-file fields. Keep the factory TID separate from the writable EPC and any printed number. Read back the encoded samples and import the mapping into your software before batch approval. If a proposed substitute chip has different memory, approve the revised data format and RF performance first.
What are the MOQ, sample costs and production lead time?+
The standard tags-and-labels MOQ baseline is 1,000 pieces. Confirm the minimum for your selected model, chip, attachment and encoding in the quotation. Evaluation samples and pilot quantities are discussed separately under the sample policy. Ask for sample charges, freight, unit pricing, quote validity and the production schedule for the approved quantity; transit time is separate from production.
